Our holiday home in Lachtal is an historical treasure surrounded by romantic forests and provided with everything you could possibly wish. Stretch out. Make yourself as comfortable as you can. And with 300 m², there’s plenty of space for up to ten persons.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Four double bedrooms (one with TV) and one twin room
- Three bathrooms with toilet, shower or bathtub, and a hair dryer.
- Bed linen and towels supplied
- Plenty of room for storage in our old cupboards
- Bathrobes available for a fee (additional charge)
Kitchen and parlours
- Fully equipped modern kitchen with all tableware and devices (range, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, SodaStream sparkling watermaker, toaster, kettle and Resch&Frisch oven (for reheating rolls)
- Large farmhouse parlour with stove ,TV and two large dining tables
- Small nostalgic style parlour with sofa, stove and TV
- Reading room on the first floor with cosy seating corner and sofa
- Parlour/games room with Swedish stove and table football
- Sound systems for music and CDs in two parlours
- Provided at an additional charge: Nespresso capsules, wine from our well-stocked wine cupboard and pastries by Resch&Frisch

- Sauna with integrated infrared cabin and generously sized chill-out room
- Large garden with seating, sun loungers and hammocks

Prices and inclusive features
Summer: from € 380 per day
Winter: from € 420 per day
Prices include: Bed linen and towels for ten persons
Not included are: electricity, local tax, final cleaning fee (€200).
Per dog (on request): €10 per day.
PROVIDED AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE
Nespresso capsules, wine from our well-stocked wine cupboard and Resch&Frisch pastries to reheat.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
There will be no charge for cancellations received up to 3 months prior to the date of arrival. There will be a charge of 40% of the rental costs for cancellations received up to 1 month prior to the date of arrival; cancellations received up to 1 week prior to the date of arrival will attract a charge of 70%. Unfortunately, we will be forced to charge 100% of the rental price if cancellations are received less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival. (Please note that, because of the current coronavirus pandemic, less stringent conditions are in place – please ask for more information).
